Endringer for v1.0 - v1.1
- Both timestamps and punctuation are considered for phrase extraction now
- Some buttons are enabled/disabled according to current state of work flow
- Optionally combining both text streams to one common subtitle file
- Configurable chunksize
- Some minor bugfixes
