DNS Changer is a tool that can change DNS information on your computer, enabling the blocking or re-directing of websites.
It can be used for many things including but not limited to blocking websites, redirecting to other websites, changing Domain Name to IP mapping tables etc.
It is a very flexible tool allowing you to play with DNS in any way you want. It comes with the features of inbuilt domain name resolution to help you perform the Domain Name to IP or vice versa lookups from within the application.
