KeyFreeze is a tool that can lock your keyboard and mouse without locking your screen.
This is particularly useful if your kids are watching a video on your computer and you don't want them to be able to use the mouse or keyboard. They can hammer away at the keys all they like and nothing will happen.
To unlock, just hold down CTRL, ALT + DEL.
